Pug Mystery Solved

Mike, Lucy and I were out for a walk and we noticed the baby pug again.  The baby pug was in its yard and we are excited to say there are 3 pugs in the neighborhood.  They should have a pug party!

New Neighbor

There's a new baby pug in the neighborhood.  Mike was telling me about it and today I noticed the baby pug out for a walk!!  So we wonder...does this baby live in the "pug house" down in the next circle?  We wondered if one of the pugs in the pug house went to heaven.  We hope not.

Sweet Dreams

Lucy is back to her bed and it has been 7 months...finally.  She still doesn't go to Oliver's bed though.  They used to always switch beds.  Oliver went across the rainbow bridge on Sunday, April 18 2013.  For 2 weeks after that Lucy kept us up all night because she wanted us to know he wasn't in the house.  She wanted us to go get him and I wished we could have.  We lived through it and everyday it gets better.

Exciting News

We have been waiting for a baby Westie.  We have no idea when ... we just sit tight and wait!  While we wait, we think about names....I think about it every weekend.  That's exciting news, but I can hardly wait.  Our neighbors can hardly wait and our friends are so excited for us.  Everyone asks when and the mom hasn't even been bred yet. I'm thinking it might be awhile because I am 3rd on the list for a male but nevertheless,  It's still exciting.  Sure will be nice to have another Westie in the house.  I never took very many pictures of Oliver.

Yard Work

We are almost done with the autumn yard work.  I just have to do some work around our pond and we are ready for winter.  I should have shut down the pond and put the pump away a week earlier because it got too cold last week.  Now we have to deal with a broken pipe in the spring.  The good news is that I came home from work last Friday and found Lucy sleeping in her pink bed!  We are so happy that she is getting back to being comfortable.

Raking Leaves

It was a beautiful day to rake with Lucy.  Halloween decorations are put away too.  We love weekends.
